Good Working Environment and a cool boss.

Cons

Everything is good, except for HR, who is always scrutinizing employees. He/She gives many empty promises at the time of joining, while others manage on their behalf and save the company. I suggest that HR grow up and stop acting like a child. Grow up or just leave the company.
