"Typical non profit pains : few hours (but i get paid 30 dollars an hour so i shouldnt care right?), hectic when management is always wearing several hats and getting lots of things mixed up, everyone quits and youre asked to cover classses which are usually far(and you have to go get the supplies from hq/coworker), the kids in BH can be so snotty sometimes but honestly, laugh it off." My hours worked. The main building was clean and modern. Some of the participants were nice

Cons

They tell you what you want to hear in the beginning. Shortly after they change. Very high turnover rate. They don't apply your accrued time when it's due. Very disorganized and a lot of favoritism. The work they expect you to do, doesn't justify the current pay rate. Avoid this place at all cost.
