All the "talk" is trash. They pick out their favorites "whites" and then everyone else is labeled. They say "We have an open door policy" but yet those doors are never opened. They disgrace her name behind your back, then smile in your face to get what they want. This is from the top all the way down. They say they are the " leaders" in training staff, provide up to date state regulations and provide companies with help in many areas. What they can not do is teach how to be inclusive. How not to show favoritism to "certain" people. This is the companies closed minded admins who have no experience in this world outside of Minnesota.
