Pros

Great Company for Engineer's looking to grow their careers.

Cons

Working for the corporate side was unnecessarily stressful. I worked in one of the Departments, and let me tell you it was a horrific experience. A crazy amount of work with unrealistic expectations. Worked for someone who had serious trust issues and would let that be known to their team. I constantly felt stressed out on the daily for simple things that shouldn’t stress someone out, but the way things were dealt with made it impossible to be at ease. Quitting was the best thing I could have ever done. After speaking with former employees in my same position they said the exact same things without me even explaining my experience to them before hand. I also experienced racism which was dealt with, with a slap on the wrist. I’ve seen and completed paper for individual getting fired for simple things.

They have regular activities for employees to engage with one another, including beer runs, corporate step challenges, volleyball team (Charlotte) and flag football team for Holt Brothers Tournament (Raleigh) Challenging work and opportunity to move up

Cons

Sometimes it feels that the corporate areas (IT, HR, Accounting, and Marketing) are unappreciated by other areas within the company.
