Pros

Easy work environment but very confusing in what is expected from employees. Good small office.

Cons

The work environment is very confusing. Hard to focus when the direction of the company changes like the wind. One day we are an IT staffing company and another day we are a projected as a multi directional company involved in various verticais. Though the company has been established for over a decade. I do not see the level of professionalism that is expected from an established company. The management team is very immature in their ways.

Pros

STL is a very good company to work. I have been working for past 3 years as Account Manager. I am bit confused on some reviews. Bottom line you have to perform and company will take you to the next level. The management gets involved and will help you if needed. I have been successfully maintaining accounts in Boston and Indy. This is a mid size and a consulting company, 90% of employees are client facing on staffing and project engagements. Management is Sales and Recruitment on Staffing side. Top management does not get involved unless you need them, other STL subsidiary companies they have there own employees and management. The top management are extremely nice people and will go above and beyond to help you and this my personal experience.

Cons

I feel management should be more involved with operations rather only when team has issues. More investment in training is absolutely needed.

Pros

There are no pros there. I feel bad to the people that fall for their gimmick

Cons

Let me start from the top. There is no so called management. There is one guy that runs this company. The others are just puppets. If you want a job with a BIG title for your next job, then sure this is the company to work for. They hire anybody that is white and can speak good English to a VP position. There is no direction at all. They will try to jump on any project and fake about anything to get a project. Even the handful of employees know that. Regarding the size of the company, they are not nowhere close to 200. Not even close to 10% of that. Dont know why they lie like that. Anybody who works there will tell u that. This company is a joke with a bunch of scamsters.
