Good pay structure if have OT. Better environment if compare SME.
Cons
Squeeze workforce if business down. Lowest basic pay among semicon in singapore. Outdated machine and system. Outdated technology, If looking for steep learning curve this is not a company you looking for. Force employee clear AL during shut down production line.
