      Company has lost its way.

      Pros

      Employees work hard but mostly out of fear. Negative atmosphere behind the scenes that is only apparent when management is not around. Common behavior in a culture of fear.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Competing hidden agendas. Highly political. Results tracking below market in rapidly growing industry. A lot of management, but zero leadership. Huge favoritism to specific selected employees that do what they are told.

      Pros

      The people are nice. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone feels comfortable.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t really care about the main business and it looks like they are just waiting to retire. Even the new ones don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Most really good employees leave after a few years but the ones who are just happy to cash their checks stick around for 20 years.

      Poor people management skills -Knowledgeable people leaving company Too many " young adults" Absent communication on all levels
