Where to begin. It's hard to sum up my 2 years at STRATIS in words other than "truly enriching." I know that's corny, but it's the truth. During my time at STRATIS, I've grown personally and professionally more than time in my life. I credit that growth to the following factors: 1) A brilliant pool of employees, all of whom have made wonderful colleagues, mentors, and friends. 2) Accessible management that truly cares about your well-being, beyond just your professional contribution to the company. The CEO goes out of her way, to a fault at times, to listen, care, and proactively reach out to her employees who might be struggling in life in one way or another. 3) Phenomenal engineering vision as led by the most badass of all Chief Product Officers. 4) Collaborative work environment that stresses and values individual input from all team members, regardless of position and experience.
