There is nothing that can be said that is good or optimistc

Cons

CEO is a micromanager, doesn't allow people to have opinions, the place is falling a part and their people are just trying to survive. Leadership is disrespectful.

They have free coffee in the break room. Some of the people are nice.

Cons

From the beginning it was bad, and I should have known better than to take the job. HR drags their feet so bad getting people in the door that the good candidates get snatched up by other companies. The overall attitude is: "so and so doesn't do it, so why should I?" It's like a competition to see who can be the laziest. Management doesn't take advice from people on the floor, who know the machines very well. The executive assistant to the CEO shouldn't have that position as is not a people person and leaves a bad first impression. I had not heard one person say that they like it there. Most of the people complain about the place. It once was a great company, but it is a shell of what it used to be.
