Honestly the pay and some of the co workers

Cons

Everything, poorly ran, no accountability or help and they make you do the job of 3 people at the same time as yours while making you drive and drop off their product. While the owners tell you how they’re loosing money an contracts and try to find anyone to blame for their poor decision making

KC Outdoor was located in a convenient location and gave me the opportunity to work in the field I love while also providing different experiences daily.

Cons

Unfortunately, I felt undervalued and underappreciated at this company. Communication was not a strong suit, nor was timeliness or honesty.
