Cons
I am working in this company from past 8 months. The management is the worst management i have ever seen. They have a policies of PIP which they use when any employee is not performing well. Even if the employee perform well by any means they will try to impose their stupid policies. When it comes to hike they will give a hike of 2% to 5%.. which means increment of 200 to 500 in your total salary. From my date of joining i have seen atleast 20 employees have left the company.
