On-time salary is the only good thing I found about this company
Cons
- There will at least one employee suffering from Dengue or malaria as there are a lot of mosquitoes on the campus. - You will be asked to wait for at least 2-3 hours in the evening after the working hours. If you don't wait you will be fired immediately. - The MD will sit near the gate every day to watch which all employees are going home and then to throw a taunt - "Are you bank employees?" (Because they are not willing to wait after working hours) - The MD will have at least two meetings in a week after working hours in which he will abuse you for no reason. The only reason for this abuse is to make sure whether all the employees remain fearful of their boss! - Complete unprofessionalism! Maybe because the company has always hired those old generation's fearful employees who work as laborers. So if you want excellence, innovation, and a decent work-life balance then definitely not recommended.
