You get to work on amazing projects. Breadth-wise growth possible in the firm. Good work-life balanced encouraged by the firm. You get to work with a great team with really good experience in the field.
Cons
Management was really poor. For a company which was employee owned, big decisions were without proper input of fellow employees. Office politics is a bit tricky to navigate and management usually pits you against fellow employers to compete against each other. Salary is below industrial norm.

Great work Environment, great employees, mostly decent projects. Great company for only recent undergraduates needing experience and already established professionals who’ve worked in other agencies and/or companies for 15+ years. Only those two extremes.

Must be willing to work nights, no real promotions, work-life balance can get complex
