      Pros

      Good atmosphere Decent salary (For Dutch standards) Collegues from all over europe, with pros and cons Potentially lucrative bonus scheme, however very few of the people they hire actually make any bonus

      Cons

      Non flexible working hours Wide range of international collegues, some more enjoyable than others Promises of big earnings at the interview stage often lead to disappointment, only very few employees actually make any money there over their monthly wage

      Drinks You organize your work the way you want, especially working from home No one respects the KPI's

      Extremely high rotation, after 2 years they let you go No development Shady bonus policy (you will be disappointed)

      No appreciation for your hard work in this company.

      Cons

      Micromanagement in this company. I don't think there is an appreciation for your work. Their expectation is way high without training. If you ask questions about management regarding your task, they make you feel stupid. No training whatsoever. Top management is European staff doesn't understand US culture and USA Compliance for their business. They do not have a Compliance officer in the office and expect the team knows the USA Compliance.
