If you enjoy being poorly managed and overseen by incompetent rude individuals who incredibly demeaning, this is the place for you!

Cons

Not only is management incredibly unprofessional in all aspects of work and professional elements- they also violate so many ethical boundaries. Head management sleeping with/dating employees. Rude and critical emails sent out daily. Poorly managed expectations and training, all while criticized by management for doing poorly- even when appropriately meeting KPIs and contract numbers. You have never met a more poorly run office that has less professionalism or boundaries.

Requires extensive multitasking and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. Increase in responsibilities but not in pay. Pay increases are spoken about yet never established or given.
