Pros
The org. has a very good scope in the industry. Good work life balance. Office is located in prime location in BKC.
Cons
The management does not care about employees. They have the lowest salary structure. They don't give increment, and if given, they are never on time. They add variable component to salary and don't pay that variable at all. There is no rewards and recognition policy for employees.
