      You Get Out Exactly What You Put In

      Pros

      A fantastic group of people. The environment is casual and the people are top notch. I read the comments before mine, and the few negatives listed have not been my experience at all. At SVM, you get out exactly what you put in. I work hard. I respect my coworkers. I help wherever I can. I appreciate everything the company does for me, big and small. Everyone has been phenomenal, and my experience has been great. They are always looking to improve, and I commend their efforts.

      Cons

      No workplace is 100% perfect, but I give SVM a 98%!

      Pros

      SVM has endless opportunities to advance your career as long as you have the drive to do so. Being a small company there are often big initiatives that provide lower level employees the opportunity to get their feet wet and get great hands-on experience. The work environment is extremely relaxed and the building itself is amazing with a lot of amenities for a company of this size. The management team is very accommodating and flexible with schedules which is a plus.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work environment is too relaxed and employees take advantage of it which can put more work on their peers.

      Favoritism & Racism at is best!

      Pros

      It has a gym and a library.

      Cons

      Management is never involved in the actual work. There are no consequences for those who do nothing and those who work hard are never appreciated. There is no communication between departments and between management and their employees.
