-You will not see the sun outside, no kidding, there are no windows in that ‘’office’’. - like working for multiple companies at a time for the same salary? The owners expect you to work for multiple companies where they invest at no extra cost to them. - no goals since the owner believes he is the smartest person in the room and does not need KPIS or OKRS to run a business. - no “benefits’ until the 90 days probation period.
