Extremely understaffed and overworked. Micro managed. Treated like children. Mistreats the Tenants that rent from them.

Good learning work experience for other companies.

Cons

The company does not care about their employees at all. They are short on many people, and won't hire needed positions. Residents wait months for there stuff to get fixed. Commissions say they will get paid, but they fail to do so. Both area managers play favorites with the employees.
