      Pros

      Awesome salary - like 25% higher than anywhere else around. Great leadership in Brad, great projects and a cool dev space. Management treats consultants as clients too - they really do want you to be happy with your life and work.

      Cons

      Hourly rate can be tough if you aren't a good saver. No bench, so save your money. No real advancement opportunities - which can be a plus if you just want to develop without worrying about politics. No one is really above you.

      Pros

      Extremely fast growing company with many opportunities for top talent. Great brand new facility located in downtown Milwaukee. Managers are great people who support their teams.

      Cons

      Although senior leadership is consistent and very supportive of the team, they have difficulty communicating with the staff regarding performance improvement or corporate direction.
