They have one of the worst management teams I've ever worked for. They promote the most incompetent to be upper management. If you work here do not plan a long career because this company is on its way out.

- stayed for 4-5 years with no raise -favoritism -Operations / Network leads play favorites so only they get actual growth opportunities - cheated out of bonus
