Pros

Steady paycheck. Long term employment for those who can tolerate it.

Cons

Little to no company organization. Old school business mentality and practices. Revolving door employment structure. Very slim opportunity for advancement. Nepotism running rampant. Raises typically only occur when you are on your way out the door. Very questionable business practices.

Pros

The pay is decent for a call center.

Cons

Highly disorganized, and engaged in what some might consider questionable business practices, although I suspect that is the norm in the security system industry as a whole.

Pros

9 years with the company. I gained a Low Voltage career. I eventually ended up in management and honestly tried to make a difference. Got tired of not having any upper management support.

Cons

Virtually no training time. They are in the dark ages administratively. Their current Director has the people skills of Great White. Incredibly cheap equipment and Service is atrocious.
