Pros
Consistent hours, small and stable company. Some flexibility on work-life balance. Free ham for a Christmas bonus. Clean office, easy to reach location.
Cons
Whatever you're told when you're hired, expect to be asked to do more. Small company trying to do big things on a tight budget. Hiring manager / operations manager is a salesman that will take credit for your hard work, and throw blame on anyone else but himself. Managers expect professional level service from our delivery crews but pay less than comparable companies. Little to no opportunity for advancement.

Very detailed and knowledgeable office staff..they actually try to get it right, very supportive..I do not detect any selfishness, they want you to win and be apart of the team. My truck is gently used and clean.. Fabulous orientation process, nice hotel and company car. (Escalade).
