      Talented designers hindered by toxic leadership and HR issues

      You’ll work alongside some talented designers.

      Cons

      An extremely toxic workplace environment. The CEO is incredibly unprofessional, from his LinkedIn posts, to his mocking of former employees in company wide meetings. The leadership at this company is a huge disservice to the talented designers that work there. HR are not to be trusted with confidential information, and when you do ask them to relay feedback to the CEO and Leadership - they don’t.

      Terrible culture, a lot of disrespect and bad place to grow. Compensation not good for the amount of work and hours.
