I had some of the best times there with my grossing peers. The supervisor and manager were both smooth and laid back. Just don't avoid mistakes because patient safety risk is a serious issue and it won't be tolerated.
Cons
Some of the ladies like to gossip.

There are no pros to working here.
Cons
Micromanaging, bad training, managers are quick to throw you under the bus. High turnover. Can't eat, drink, or have a phone for 8 hours straight.
