Pros

There are no pros at all. I’ve given one star here just because it was mandatory to fill it anyway.

Cons

I’ve worked here for almost 2 years as an Analyst and If I have to write each nd every con about this company, it will take few days. Still I’m trying to go through all, as much as I can. When a new joinee enters the company, they show off their fake professionalism. Soon they start revealing their true faces. Let’s talk about company first. It’s 3rd party company which always keeps changing their name from Gateway Protocol to GSG and now Sakon. Moto of the India office for them is nothing but to get done all the donkey work. Hence do not expect good package here. Nd you don’t even require any special skills to get in. Managers and TLs are the people who are their since 10+ years just because they don’t have anywhere else to go. They just take off their frustration of job, lack of salary and insecurity on new joinees. They are just there to demotivate, insult, harass and play dirty politics with employees. They even poke their noses in your personal life and your office friends. HR’s are just puppets in hands of upper management. They only recruit people & then leave them to suffer under their inhuman policies. Managers nd TLs can’t even speak proper English. Hilarious thing is that one of the TLs took my interview in Marathi. You can now imagine what kind of professionalism they have. Later on nobody gets a training for the process since there is no process but a back office data entry job. If you complete your 1st year in here somehow, you don’t even get your appraisals on time. You’ll get your 1st appraisal when you are about to be eligible for your 2nd appraisal. Nd it is not even proper and justified. Nothing is stable here including the company’s name. Then there is no facilities for employees. Upper management doesn’t even cares what employees are going through. There are no enough tissue papers and paper towels in washrooms (ladies washroom too). Still once in a year when US people visit, somehow they manage to impress them by showing their fake, temporary clean n tidy office environment. After they leave, again they come to their original dirty state. After getting through all if this, If you want to get out of the company then as per policy you need to serve 2 months of notice period. And in this period your manager will make sure that you go through hell. Again the notice period keeps on changing for each employee. For some it will be 2 months, for some it will be a month or even a week. Again nothing is stable. So guys if you don’t want to ruin your career and your professional life do not even think about getting in here.

Pros

The internal teams environment are good. They are supportive.

Cons

I am senior person in this company and always thinking good about this organization. I have to wright this because the things are not the same from when I have joined. HR's have no respect for employees and are rude. They most of the times, do not give replies to employees queries. The new HR manager has no idea that teams are working in worst conditions. They are setting new policies for employees which are not in employees favour. Managers cannot share their thoughts with HR's because they don't listen. Whenever we go to HR's either they are not on their place or do not entertain saying they have work. They don't even call us back when they get free.
