High expectations from senior management.

They hire people without any sales experience and yet portray themselves to their final clients, Software companies, as experts in the field, but all the training is just some spin and bant that they found on some website and is done by people who come from customer service. All the management comes from customer service, from teleperformance, which has a horrible reputation. So they force you to make 60 phone calls per day, even to numbers that don't exist in order to show to the software companies, their clients. The few people who have sales experience and manage to sell something, quickly leave the company, because they will increase their targets, in order not to pay them their very small bonus. Everything is fake about this company. As an employee, avoid and as a client, find some people who really have sales experience and pay them well and you'll get results. If you hire salescode, you'll waste your money and by the time you realize it, you'll have 0 sales and a paper showing you that every agent did 60 or 70 calls to some non existing phone numbers and your money is gone and you'll have 0 sales. That's the reason so many companies come and go from that place. I am sooo glad I left!!! Any 5 star reviews you may find were written by HR.
