      Great people to work with and management was always awesome

      low pay, delusions of making tons of commission, outdated POS system, advice on what gear to be brought in is ignored by the company.

      Fun, Niche Job but Not the Best Pay

      Pros

      Good, small team of nice people. You get to play your own music in the store. It is usually a relaxed pace and work environment.

      Cons

      The commission system does not favor slower volume stores; it is hard to "break base" and actually earn commission. Some customers can be know-it-alls.
