if you are a girl you have all the pros and if you are a male employee you will see all the cons. if you need salary on time and u can compromise on your working culture may be a good place

this company has no structure unbelievably run by only one guy the owner of the company who is an Absolutely MadMan. he doesnt know anything what he speaks and will make you feel worthless. doesnt care at all about his employees and always irritate and shouts at people. he will never listen to you will treat you like slave they have a stupid norms in the salary structure they done give appointment letter as soon as you HR Policies Sucks no life balance no compensations and no respect i hated it
