Pros

Fun & Cool Product , the VR game Young environment Good location of Office (Hong Kong head quarter) Good teammate

Cons

Super over time. Management will push you to work on Saturday too , I was requested to work on Saturday on the first week. End up I found out they are mostly “6 working days” Platform lead have no direction, lack of communication to the front end staff. Management don’t trust your opinions

Pros

Good platform for learning cutting edge technology. Most colleagues are nice and supportive.

Cons

No work life balance, have to OT a lot to deal with many ridiculous requests. No communication with staff and customers, never gather their opinions and improve the products. Poor leadership and management skills. The leads won't take up responsibility when they made mistakes, and love to blame others. And too many leads. Benefit is suck: cheap medical insurance, very little annual leaves, no OT pay, no bonus.

Pros

#Good teammates and working atmosphere #Some geniuses here

Cons

#The management just read the comments here, but not from the employees directly, so I have to write the review here. #Keep reminding employees "always company first", like the patriotism in some countries. #The company do not has our own culture or style. Just follows other companies, like 1. our competitors spent a lot of money on the store decoration, so we should spend more than them 2. our competitors raised a lot of funding, so we should raised more than them 3. our competitors hired someone from the top company, so we should hire someone from that kind of company 4. our competitors used a new technology or hardware, so we should use the same technology 5. our competitors got a new IP, so we should have our own IP 6. our competitors have a lot of amazing artworks in the game, so we should have more 7. our competitors have their own props, so we should have our props too Why we can't be ourselves? We are not leading the market, but chasing (or copying) the competitors... #Care the false appearance instead of the core. Expensive decoration, graphic, sound, video but not the experience itself #When I heard "If you don't like the company, you can leave and find another job" I feel like the situation in HK, if you don't like the current situation in Hong Kong, you can immigrate to other countries. I don't find another job, doesn't mean I can't find. I love the company so I am still here #We sound like working for an upstart in some countries... Why we need to do this? Don't ask, just do it! Boss wants it! #The management love the sycophant. Sorry, I am not #After reading these comments, the management will say "I don't think so" and forget it
