If you are 45 plus age group and planning your retirement then this is the place for you. The only requirement is that you should be a great orator who can lie with confidence and with a smile on the face.
Cons
Never seen HR policies as dumb as theirs. Six day work week and No PF. Even offer letter has typos. No work-life balance. Very little work and no growth opportunity. Your boss will definitely technologically challenged Not enough work for anybody but you need to pretend that you indeed are the busiest person on this planet. They pounce upon good prospective employees without thing about the 'fit' only to fire them in few months. Their offer letter comes with a clause of salary hike after 6 months which is mostly not honoured by raising performance issue. Salaries are never paid on time, never before 12th of the month.
