      There are hardly any pros ..its a pathetic place

      Poor management, you have no right to put your word or speak your mind, you should be a manager pleaser, Its hard to get leaves approved unfortunately the one who disapprove your leaves take their own leaves. Writers have no respect by any of teams. Poor appraisals hikes.
