From the systems to the lack of processes and the way employees are treated, is criminal. Senior leadership is unprofessional and hostile and toxic! They will suck the life out of you! Never enough!

Upper management does not communicate at all, no floor meetings or regular updates Zero care about safety Everyone is expected to have several titles, lots of "promotions" with no extra pay
