I was treated very poorly by my peers when I was hired. I would actually call it "verbally abused"everyday. I reported this several times to my supervisor and nothing was done. In fact, the supervisor was often absent and left the abusers to run the clinic. Also, they hired a lunatic doctor to work there for about 6 months. She caused a lot of problems for the employees and patients. She had and still has pending malpractice lawsuits against her. She was very unhealthy for the environment and they chose to keep her regardless.

Executives are discriminative and retaliate against staff. COO and CMO are too young, inexperienced and all executives are discriminative. CEO is a narcissist and will throw anyone under the bus to save herself and running business into the ground.
