      Lacks professionalism and organization

      Pros

      The employees were hardworking and dedicated. At the end of every month, the company celebrated the birthdays of all born that month with cake and ice-cream.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover and low employee morale. Every month an employee quits. An overwhelming majority of employees feel that agents and managers care little about the employees. You have to do three jobs in one, account management, agent assistant and plan implementation. Never enough time in the day to do all the work required.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuine, phenomenally nice. Holiday bonuses and party along with quarterly events are held. Great place to network with larger, nation wide companies. Mostly female executives and staff. Casual Fridays and business casual dress.

      Cons

      A lot of blame handed down and around. Criticism and off hand comments that require a thick skin. Inconsistent policies from one department to another. Nepotism and favoritism even as atmosphere is becoming corporate. Aging building in a neighborhood where you feel unsafe unless walking nore than a block. Several shootings and robberies in the area.

      Pros

      There really aren't any but I suppose if you can get passed the crappy training regimen it's a good place to get some experience in learning the industry before moving to a bigger and much better company.

      Cons

      Micromanagement Hostile work environment Poor training Low Salary
