Pros

There are none at all anymore.

Cons

Literally every review on here says the same negative thing about the lack of competent leadership, the negative attitude and experience with HR and how the only people being reprimanded for these issues are the employees that raise a cause for concern. Quality department basically doesn’t exist. A bunch of low iq ex military high school dropouts. There is no manufacturing engineers that can do the basic job function. Software is all ChatGPT or AI generated, Composites team sits around and milks the clock all day. Just hand this company over to Anduril or GD already and let’s put this pig down. Plus an employee that was well protected by his position just got fired for engaging in sexual misconduct or attempting to engage in sexual conduct with a minor

Pros

Relocation bonus, overtime but they are taking it away, free lunches, free snacks and drinks, team building events and alleged opportunities for growth. The VPs really have a great game plan in mind that they execute from their offices away from the teams.

Cons

Lack of accountability and support in composite leadership. Leadership is either book trained lacking hands on procedure experience or hands on trained lacking knowledge patience and discipline necessary to be a successful leader and lead a successful and peaceful team. Work environment tends to get hostile. Supervisors and leads seem to provide purposeful miscommunications and misinformation. Lack of quality and broken tools yet quality output expected with insufficient tools and instruction. Numerous safety issues go unaddressed. Employees voices are unheard, we were brought here to make this company great and your inexperienced supervisors shut us down.

Fear-based, toxic culture.

Pros

There is paid lunch and that’s about it.

Cons

The culture at Saronic felt far more toxic than the public image suggests. The environment was stressful, political, and disorganized, with people focused more on protecting themselves and staying in leadership’s favor than actually collaborating. There’s a huge emphasis on optics and being seen as a “disruptor,” but internally there’s a lack of accountability and structure. Many employees do not feel comfortable speaking honestly or raising concerns…Beware of the five star reviews. There are talented people there but the burnout, favoritism, and fear based culture makes you expendable.
