      Extremely relaxed working environment. Decent salary and bonus

      Lots of cross team bureaucracy, as to be expected in a large company. Non technical management bad for efficiency

      Pros

      Satalia provided extremely flexible working environment around working hours and remote vs in-office. Employees can choose a start and end time of their day based on their personal needs as long as they get their work done.

      Cons

      There was no hierarchy in the company which worked extremely well for people who don't need structure to get things done. However, this might not be suitable for everyone.
