They have a nice suite of Cloud offerings, and a killer list of marquee customers

Internal processes are probably 10-15 years behind the curve. Operations is a train wreck. Don't hold your breathe if you actually have a customer that needs a complex environment on line in less than 4-6 months
They have a good handle on the basics of traditional hosting and co-location with lots of data centers spread globally, they present a solid image to potential enterprise customers
Cons
Their cost control processes at the project level are sorely lacking, particularly when it comes to tracking things like major software license renewals.
