Pros

The office is kind of fancy looking from outside The salary is ok, the training, reimbursement is easy

Cons

Too much politics. People are not enjoying their works. The few people that I like, who are nice and hard working, are among the firsts to get laid off. Some terrible people live happily there.

Pros

Many of the Agile Team Members are very highly qualified. They are willing to help you understand many of the development elements in the upcoming Sprints.

Cons

Sometimes management needs to allow the workers more chances to recommend process improvements. It is sometimes difficult to figure out who to talk with.

Pros

Excellent management. Ethical corporation. Lots of long-term employees who know a lot about the company and where it needs to go, mixed with a new and enthusiastic bunch of Agile teams.

Cons

Parent company (CenturyLink) doesn't share the Savvis vision. In the long run, the Savvis dedication to excellence may be diluted by CenturyLink's dedication to mediocrity.
