Culture fit and mission driven?

Pros

Having a solid team is helpful.

Cons

Being a good "culture fit" is deemed very worthy here. If you don't check off most boxes with both the recruiter and hiring manager you're unlikely to be hired. They value that extroverted, people pleasing, loud personality way too much. They stick to hiring the person who will be at the company happy hours rather than focusing on work ethic. Additionally, they make blasé statements in regards to current events that promote their "mission driven" status. However, are very selective in choosing when to speak up about only certain matters. It can be extremely isolating as a minority and as someone who might not fit the status quo.

Bleak & fraudulent

Pros

Great place to sharpen your political instincts and lose your soul.

Cons

Oh honey, Fraudari isn’t a company. It’s a case study in office politics dressed up as innovation. Nothing revolutionary going on. Just your typical startup full of egotistical, emotionally stunted men calling the shots and making every workday feel like a slow, soul-sucking crawl.
