Even hard workers and high achievers with zero performance issues who have been with the company for years have been laid off. This is due to the CEOs looking to show profitability while looking for outside investment which has been going on for multiple years with no end in sight.
- The CEOs frequently overinflate how well the company is doing. Don't be fooled. The company is not doing well financially and that is evidenced by the severe cost cutting and frequent layoffs.
- Low employee morale due to said layoffs. The culture used to be collaborative and very fun but now the majority of people go into work every day afraid to lose their job. Everyone is frustrated, overworked and under appreciated and it shows.
- No opportunities for career growth or advancement.
- Big companywide push for AI right now which means even more layoffs are coming.
