Pros

Great team. Remote work. Cool Philippine employee base that works US hours. Very low utilization requirements compared to industry norms. Lots of training opportunities with so much non-billable time. Great accounting team members. NetSuite only.

Cons

Confusion at the top. The two novice (shhh... don't tell) CEO's make odd top-down decisions in isolation that hurt operations, sales, consulting, client service. Little financial benefit to clients from remote and off-shore consulting. IT tools are cheap rather than powerful. NetSuite only.

Complete opposite boss every other day. Which ever owner decides to play boss for the day you get a complete opposite way of business expected.
