Team Environment: One of the best aspects of the company is the team culture. Most people are friendly, approachable, and willing to help one another, which fosters a great collaborative work environment. Good Entry-Level Opportunity: It’s an okay place to start your career. You’ll learn a lot, especially if you're just beginning to explore your field, as there’s a good amount of exposure to different tasks and responsibilities.

Leadership Issues: The biggest downside is the leadership. There are several leaders who seem to lack competence and fail to provide proper guidance or support for their teams. This can make it challenging to stay motivated or understand the company’s direction. Lack of Vision: The company’s vision is often unclear, and there doesn’t seem to be a strong strategy for growth or improvement. This leads to confusion and a sense of stagnation for employees.
