      Pros

      Flexible timing. Giving proper time for any stories, bugs, issues. Work from home anytime. Highly skilled teams, always ready to help you, no matter how much experienced you have. Good pay. Work life balance. Friendly environment. New technologies. Folks/Guys/Friends this is very good organisation. if you see the ratings, it is unbelievable 5 out 5, i have not seen any company who has reached this level. Even Google has 4.5 ratings :) Microsoft 4.4 ratings. :)
