Boss Treats employees as his own slaves, don't work for this company It is the worst company to work with, it will never pay your salary on time, salary is always 2 months late ( fund issues), if you ask for salary they will ask you to first complete your task and then ask for salary. No increment, Boss will always crib for something or the other. Company strength is only 12 to 14 employees, but boss will tell you it is more than 75 employees. They have no pan India presence, Commercial Manager has no own views he will always follow the boss, Office is more over like a warehouse, Infrastructure is nearly 20 yrs old, A/C is nearly 17 to 18 yrs old with no cooling, There is no freedom to work with your innovative ideas, Boss has all his own ideas and he will make sure that your ideas are wrong in all the manner. Boss will make lot of promise's during your interview but the real picture is very different after you join the company. He will exploit you in all the possible professional ways. This company will ruin your Career, Don't join this company. No employee has been released with good grace, any employee who leaves the company is dead for Boss, He will not talk to you in your notice period, he will not help you for your handover. He will make sure that you feel like an alien in his office. He will delay your Full and final settelment. It is better to sit at home rather than working with this company and ruining your career. He will pay your F&F in installments depending on the amount. Don't work with this company.

They Make you sit after office Hours . Leave Office everyday at 9 Pm . Not the Best Place to Work .They dont pay you your dues after you leave , you need to do lot of follow up .
