Pros
Well capitalized private national development company that focuses on executing great institutional development projects for its clients and treats their employees very well by providing them with great benefits. Employees can expect to take on a wide range of responsibilities and wear a lot of hats related to all aspects of the real estate development process. The work environment has a fast paced and entrepreneurial nature that energetic, proactive, self-starters thrive in.
Cons
The company liked to move quickly and be nimble but could have benefitted from expanded investment/business plan analysis for certain deals.

Pros
The company is very entrepreneurial and gives their employees a long rope. They have a very well appointed office and provide all employees the necessary tools (i.e. computer, ergonomic desk and chair, to do their job.
Cons
The role comes with a high degree of responsibility but absolutely no authority whatsoever.
