Terrible culture Westfield dna ?!!? Put sales team against one another One week you are nominated best and congratulated around the company, next week being dragged over coals Impossible targets Worked til 1am regularly ro try to get enough pipeline in to manage the stress of 8 am Monday grilling where they would go through four previous and upcoming line by line Magnifying glass Sydney and Melb fought over accts and sales people in general pitted against one another. I have never seen so many adults cry at their job men and women anywhere else. You would sell screens as it made sense for your clients but it would go to other teams budget They would make customers pay upfront to else pop up space. Even big companies. If they hadn’t paid by 3pm Friday they wouldn’t be allowed into the site sat morning fi bump in. Total nightmare
