- Amazing networking opportunities with other resources in the area - Good work is being done in terms of housing solutions and employment services - Great office atmosphere with people who want to help both you and the community succeed
Cons
- CEO is not a presence at all, take it how you want it - pay could be better but with experience, they are willing to work with you

Pros
fair benefits, good work hours, except they literally kick you out when the day is over no-one is allowed to stay late, so if you are trying to finish up a project you have to wait until the next day, no access to organizations website.
Cons
job descriptions somewhat not quite what the jobs states had 3 job options but when it came to the interview only said one job was available, but NOT true since the other position had not been filled once I was hired
