I've only been with Schneider a short time but the onboarding was great. Access to Sr Management including the CEO is rare. I believe folks at Schneider genuinely want you to contribute.

None that I have seen.

Cons

Experiencing rapid growth, comes with kinks they’re still working out Insurance is sub par Office space is dreary but they are moving hopefully soon
