      20% discount and extra reward points on food.

      Cons

      Forced to work over ten hour days, no quality of life and Schwan's makes sure it stays that way, old trucks, sales numbers are more important than employees, drivers are just numbers on a white board, asked to work off the clock to save DOT hours of service violation, Schwan's has serious trust issues
